Had a really good deal booking on my phone via booking.com......receptionist gave me and my sister vouchers for a free breakfast the next morning. Lovely gesture.

Location is ideal. In a suburban area not too busy hotel quiet and comfortable but really accessible for sight seeing and shopping . Bella Italia located by reception where y is have breakfast and brilliant after a day out from a glass of wine or a meal.

My Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to the UK. We were greeted by Antonio who was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay! He was able to upgrade us for free and get us into a room early since we had an early morning flight. Which was so nice to be able to shower after traveling for about 15 hours.

The room itself was nice and cozy! It wasn't very spacious, but there was enough room we could move around and get ready without tripping over each other. The bed was comfortable, and we were given robes which were a nice touch! The shower had a rainfall shower head and a handheld one as well. Everything was clean, even though I had seen other reviews saying the had issues with cleanliness in their rooms, we didn't have any issues with that!

The location is awesome if you want to be close to Paddington Station. We took the train from Heathrow to Paddington and it took less than 5 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. Hyde park and Oxford street are also a short walk. If you want to take the tube, Paddington station is right there, and a few other stations (Lancaster Gate & Edgware Rd.) are close by.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again when we come back to London!

We have stayed here a number of times and have always been really happy with both the service and the rooms. It’s really convenient for both National Rail and the Underground to get around London. We particularly get a very warm welcome from Rosie who is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and always makes sure we have a great time. Looking forward to our next stay.

Staff were fantastic, location really good. Room was also really good, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the place and would love to visit and stay there again

The location is perfect! Right in Paddington. Everything you need right outside the door, such as restaurants, shopping, subway etc..
The breakfast is very good. The bathroom is very new and has a rain shower. Free drinks in the fridge. TV with Smart View.
