This year I celebrated my Birthday and Christmas and New Years at Hotel Indigo Paddington on purpose. We are always incredibly well taken care of by Elsie, Shah, Jazmin & Dneeb. This certainly has become a Home away from Home in London. I also love the comfortability of the Rooms. Plus the Service.

Fantastic position within very easy walking distance of Paddington Station. Super friendly, hospitable, and professional check-in process via Shah, for whom nothing seems too much trouble. Nicely appointed room with everything you'd need and I just enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the onsite Bella Italia. My new hub for transit/exploring London and fully recommended.

Friendly, professional, check-in with Shah, who epitomises hospitality. Lovely room with everything you'd need, including some nice complimentary touches. Bella Italia right underneath and, of course, that position - five minutes easy walking distance from Paddington station.

Room was (as always) clean, and kept well and tidy during my stay. Shah greeted me with a big smile when checking in, they know me at this hotel by now after 50+ stays.
