Great Hotel in Great Location of London
I would highly recommend the Hotel Indigo in Paddington London for its outstanding friendly staff, great location, and the ability to take a fast direct nonstop train directly from Heathrow Airport to Paddington - which was only a 3 minute walk to the hotel. It served as a great central location to visit all aspects of London, not to mention delicious restaurants centrally located around the hotel. One of the best gifts was Hyde Park was just a minutes walk away from the hotel. If you are heading to London - this is the place to stay.
Excellent
This was a great hotel in a very convenient location. We were directly across from Paddington Station, so transportation was easy after our cruise that landed in Southampton. We were catching the Heathrow Express VERY early in the morning, so it was extra convenient for that. The room wasn't large, but the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was out of this world! Good pressure, nice shower amenties. I got up extra early on our airport day, just so I could get another shower!

Great location and attentive staff. We overlooked them based on the excellent location down the street from Paddington Station and proximity to our areas of interest.

Top location. Lovely and friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Easy going in all areas of London. Sightseeing buses they stop viz a viz from the hotel. Strongly recommended

The location is superb.
The location is superb. you literally arrive at the hotel when you deboard the heathrow express. the premium rooms are nicely decorated, minibar filled (although it' not much and not refilled daily), breakfast in the sun a good start into the day. staff is friendly. will definitely come back.
Nice way to start your day!
Walking around in the a.m. looking for brkfst. Stopped at the hotel rest. and had a nice brkfst. Pleasant server, food and price.
