Would highly recommend!
We stayed here as we wanted a good hotel in a great location and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were amazing and my friends and I were offered an upgrade by the manager to two, 2 bedroom suites with breakfast! A wonderful experience all round and we would all definitely stay here again! Would highly recommend!

This hotel is worth its 4 star rating. It's about 30 metres from Paddington station. I arrived somewhat windblow! There was a warm welcome and I was in my room in a few minutes. The room was well equiped, Nespresso machine, a small bottle of semi fat milk. There was even 2 small bottles of prosecco. And, a nice bathrobe!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Indigo. Paddington. A convenient place to stay with staff who are so pleasant and welcoming. Cleanliness is exceptional, breakfast is delicious and if you want dinner there, that’s available and excellent also. If you are lucky enough, you will meet the wonderful Shah, who helpfully shows you the way to the bar! Outstanding.
Really lovely hotel
Really lovely hotel, incredibly quiet, clean and well presented. The staff were the friendliest staff, kind and incredibly helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely stay and to all the wonderful staff for everything you did for us. Thank you!

Room was good
Room was good with reasonable shower/ bathroom. The staff were very helpful and managed to sort out the problem as the main fuse had tripped ( it was implied that we had caused this) and we were told not to touch certain switches. The lady who changed my room I think her name was Leona was very helpful showed me the rooms available and helped me to swap ( I had to wait a short time for the room to be made ready as someone was using it during the day).
Great hospitality
Very hospitable staff, the complimentary food and bath products are lovely! Had an issue with drainage, but they resolved it in no time.

Room was great
Room was great. Refrigerator had good drinks. Good tea and coffee in the room (and always well maintained and restocked). A/C was great! Good location to train and tube. Stay was great! Housekeeper did a great job with the room! Thanks!!
Friendly helpful staff
The location, friendly helpful staff, modern rooms , rainfall shower. Complimentary soft drinks and milk in bottles. Iron and ironing board. Very quiet room, could not hear any outside noise.
