Excellent location and staff
The hotel location is so convenient, easy access to trains, food places nearby, and comfortable. Shah was especially helpful with suggestions on things to see and do, how to get there for those with walking difficulty, always cheerful and jolly, helps to make our day bright and cheery!

convenient location
Quiet, convenient location. Close to Paddington station and lots of places to eat. "Shah" provided excellent service. When the front desk had to reboot the computer system, he offered me a free drink and locked my bags in the closet until ready to check in. Then he also helped me figure out the electrical system/access card in the room which I was not familiar with.

Very close to Paddington Station. Lots of places to eat and drink around the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Would stay here again. A king size bed in the double room.

The staff were friendly
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to public transportation. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. One free coffee refill at breakfast, at the restaurant next door, would be a a welcomed delight. Everyone that we met was gracious.
Business tip made better by hotel staff Shah
Arrived at hotel after being double booked by another hotel, Shah was on the desk and sorted me out with a room and offers me a token for a free breakfast after the hassle I had after arriving in London. Room was clean, quiet and all the latest tech you’d want in a room. Breakfast next morning was fantastic. I was in and out of meetings all day in central London and Shah arranged for my bags to be stored at the hotel. I was in and out ante times through the day to change into my suit and a different shirt and Shah also allowed me to use the staff toilet to get changed into casual more comfy clothes for my long train Journey back up North. Great hotel and brilliant location. Even better food and exceptional service by the team and especially Shah. Top bloke.

Warm,friendly welcome, and accommodated us in a room even though we had arrived early. Nothing was too much trouble. Just more of the same.we have been using you for a few years now and it never disappoints. All the staff hit the same high standard
