Had a lovely stay at indigo hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly! 5️Hotel is very close to restaurants, bars and train station into central London. Overall the room was clean and bright perfect for a short trip to London.
Amazing service and food
Me and my friends was in the area and decided to dine at Bella for the first time and I would like to say it was a great experience nice value for money. The restaurant was abit busy but I would like to mention that a young staff member by the name of Darren I believe handled us with care and made our experience worth it.
Comfortable stay
The Indigo is located near Paddington Station which was perfect for us as we traveled about London on tube and train. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was polite and helpful. Mr Witik was a charming host in the restaurant and the rooftop terrace.
Pleasant stay
Great stay and comfortable nights sleep. Mr. Witek was really courteous and helpful during the breakfast service. He was prompt in welcoming me and explaining the process. He was thoughtful and also entertained my breakfast with a great conversation. 5 stars.

Awesome experience! Loved the hotel and amenities. Breakfast was great but really enjoyed the Garden Terrace and the amazing service from Mr. Widek! Whether seeing him at breakfast or serving us drinks on the terrace-top notch! Five stars to our favorite employee!

I really enjoyed the visit at this amazing hotel and used your excellent meeting facilities, especially I really enjoyed the hospitality of Witek who has been extremely professional and helpful. He is the right person in this profession and he knows how to make the guests feel welcomed. Than you Witek! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Oasis of calm and professionalism amidst Paddington’s bustle.
The interesting and quirky nature of this boutique hotel, nor the ideal location, nor surrounding cool pubs (Victoria just added to the must go back to list), make this my first choice place to stay on weekly trips to London, it’s the fabulous staff that make the difference. Always kind, super smiley, understanding, flexible, and super professional, they smash it out the park when trying to accommodate the idiosyncrasies that we each bring. Well done Indigo. Convenient, comfortable and great service
I haven't stayed here for many years since this first UK Hotel Indigo initially opened its doors but I was glad to have chosen it for my two-night stay. The location is super convenient for Paddington / the Elizabeth Line and offers a pleasant short walk to Hyde Park too. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The inclusion in the room of a Nespresso machine and complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch. Some of the in room decor and furnishings are looking a little dated and tired but the hotel is well looked after and nicely maintained. ...

Amazing options and buffet! Really good and kind staff. The croissant is perfect and the English breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! The place is really clean, comfortable and with a lot of light (what I love)! Thanks for the experience and hope see u soon!
