Ideal for onward journey to Heathrow

I stayed there with my fiance, wanted to stay in Paddington to have access to things to do in London before taking the Heathrow express the next day for a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly, rooms were clean and good quality.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone at this apartment for making my recent stay so pleasant. From the moment I arrived I received warm, helpful service from the entire staff. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the facilities were more than suubfficient for my needs. I especially appreciated the daily cleaning and the daily snack refills. Please pass my gratitude on to housekeeping, the front desk, and all team members who contributed to such a great stay. Special thanks to the front desk staff member Leese, and to a gentleman who helped me print an important document — their assistance made a big difference. it's about Everything was just perfect. I look forward to staying with this apartment again and I'm highly and happily recommend this apartment

Perfect location, a stones throw away from Paddington station, which enables easy access to the main underground lines Hotel was modern, clean, and the staff friendly and polite.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Indigo London - Paddington, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was simply perfect.
What I Loved:
Atmosphere & Design: The hotel has a fantastic vibe—stylish, welcoming, and full of character.
Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless. The attention to detail in the housekeeping was evident throughout my stay.
Functional Luxury: I was particularly impressed by the bathroom; it was modern, highly functional, and well-designed.
Sleep Quality: I had an amazing night's sleep. The mattress and pillows were of top-tier quality, providing the perfect level of support.
Climate Control: The room temperature was easily adjustable within a good range, allowing me to set it exactly to my preference.
Staff & Service:
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member I encountered was incredibly courteous, professional, and eager to help, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

Location perfect,very close to Paddington underground. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had all facilities required. Great value for money. Great nights sleep no noise. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay here! Compared to other rooms in London, I felt this was a great size. Front desk staff always super friendly. They also decorated my room for my birthday!
